How does it work?

Our engineers install a simple software module on each of the servers that you wish to monitor. This simple monitoring software does not interfere with your network in any way.

Each week, the module performs a 100 point analysis and health check on things like free space on your server, any errors reported by the event logs and other critical performance or hardware issues.

This data is then reported back to our data centre where it is processed by our engineers and sent back to you as a plain english report (to a designated email address) alerting you to any impending issues.

What types of servers is the monitoring software compatible with?

The monitoring software is compatible with most types of hardware servers that are running Windows Server software ranging from Windows XP to the latest Windows Server 2008 operating system.

How long does it take to setup?

Most installations take around 60 minutes, and can be setup by one of our engineers on a scheduled install basis

What happens if i receive a report notifying me of an impending failure?

For customers that sign up to our advanced monitoring service, they are entitled to 1hr of free telephone advice, where an experienced engineer can advise you on what steps to take in order to address the impending situation.

We also have a Pay As You Go IT support service, where you can hire an experienced engineer to help you with resolving server and network problems.
